My Travel Experience in Lussok Cave, Luna, Apayao

Last summer was one of the best moments of my life because I got to visit Lussok Cave in Luna, Apayao with my family and friends. It wasn’t just another trip—it was an unforgettable experience that brought us closer together and helped me appreciate the beauty of nature even more. The trip took almost a few hours, but I didn’t mind at all because I was so excited to see what awaited us.

When we finally arrived, I was amazed by how beautiful everything was. The cave’s entrance looked mysterious, surrounded by clear water and tall green trees that made the place feel magical. We rode a small boat to enter the cave, and it felt like stepping into another world. Inside, it was cool and dark, and there were many bats flying above us, which made the experience even more thrilling. The guide’s flashlight revealed stunning rock formations—some had unique shapes and meanings, like figures or symbols that seemed to tell stories about nature and time. We couldn’t stop taking pictures and videos because the views were so fascinating and worth remembering. I remember how we laughed and smiled together, just enjoying every moment.

After exploring, we went to another part of the area where swimming was allowed, since they don’t let people swim near the cave. We swam, shared snacks, and talked about our favorite parts of the trip. I felt so happy and grateful to be surrounded by people I love in such a peaceful and beautiful place.

That trip taught me that the best adventures are the ones shared with family and friends. It also reminded me that nature is a treasure we should protect, so future generations can experience its beauty too. Visiting Lussok Cave wasn’t just a trip—it was a memory that I will always keep in my heart.
